Watcho app is the mother app for all OTTs. If you ever face any login related issues for any OTT, these are the primary steps you’ve got to do :

  • Open Watcho app and login into it with registered phone number.
  • Scroll down a bit, where you can find all the OTTs your subscription includes.
  • Select the OTT where you faced login issue.
  • Play any one content from that OTT (from inside OTTPlay) and you’ll be redirected to the OTT with auto-login.
  • Your login issue to that specific OTT is resolved ! Enjoy.

You can get to see the login issues in OTTs like Jio Hotstar, Zee5. Follow the above steps for resolution.

If you have a subscription to a bundle having Zee5, follow these steps to stream.

  • After getting a subscription do not directly open the Zee5 app and login.
  • First, open Watcho app and login to it.
  • Then login to Zee5 the same way.
  • You’ll easily be able to access then. If you want you can access Zee5 from inside Watcho app as well.
  • The same is the procedure if you want to login in Television. 

Recommendation :- Keep Zee5 app installed for easy accessibility.

If you have a subscription to a bundle having Jio Hotstar, follow these steps to stream.

  • After getting a subscription do not directly open the Jio Hotstar app and login.
  • First, open Watcho app and login to it.
  • Then open Jio Hotstar app and login the same way.
  • If you want you can access Jio Hotstar from inside Watcho app as well.
  • The same is the procedure if you want to login in Television. 

Recommendation :- Keep Jio Hotstar app installed for easy accessibility.

If you have a subscription to a bundle having Prime Video, follow these steps to stream.

  • After getting a subscription do not directly open the Prime Video app and login.
  • First, open Watcho app and login to it.
  • Then open the Prime Video app and login the same way.
  • The same is the procedure if you want to login in Television. 

Recommendation :- Keep Prime Video app installed for easy accessibility.

Remember :-

Your registered number for the OTT bundle must have an Amazon shopping account. If not, you have to create an account to seemlessly binge Prime Video. Use the links below to download and create an Amazon shopping account with registered number.

If you have a subscription to a bundle having Fancode, follow these steps to stream.

  • After getting a subscription do not directly open the Fancode app and login.
  • First, open Watcho app and login to it.
  • Then open Fancode app and login the same way.
  • If you want you can access Fancode from inside Watcho app as well.
  • The same is the procedure if you want to login in Television. 

Recommendation :- Keep Fancode app installed for easy accessibility.

There is a common query which people face when they directly login to Fancode and try to stream any live-streaming content   →  There is a 5 min trial, after which Fancode asks users to buy a pass.

If you are facing the same, please follow these steps.

  • Login to Watcho app and search for Fancode.
  • Click on it and once the fancode contents open, you can select from the live-streaming content which you want to watch.
  • Click on it and play it from inside Watcho app.
  • You’ll be redirected to Fancode app [Keep fancode app installed].
  • You’ll neither be asked for buying any pass nor any 5-min trial will be shown. You’ll get to watch the entire content.
