- Click on SKYNET ONLINE RECHARGE button below.
- Enter username & password. If you don’t know, collect it from admins or your operator..
- Click on Manage Plan or click on RENEW NOW in the Dashboard page.
- Click on Payumoney.
- Click on Confirm & Pay Now.
- Complete payment with your desired method & wait for 5 min. for auto recharge to complete.
- DONOT EXIT OR PRESS BACK BUTTON UNTIL SUCCESS MESSAGE IS NOT REFLECTED.
- Whatsapp us for any queries.
Important Note:
- Notifications will only be delivered via. WhatsApp, so make sure your registered number with us is a whatsapp number.
- There is no advanced renewal procedure. So it is suggested to recharge only at/after the current subscription expiry date.
- If the payment has been deducted but recharge didn’t happen, reach out to admins, or whatsapp us. Stay assured, if the payment failed the deducted amount will be credited back to the source bank account in 5-10 working days.
- Plans cannot be changed by the customer. Please reach out to admins/operators to upgrade/downgrade your plan.
