In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
Cancellation Policy
Requests received within 48 hours prior to the current service period will be treated as a cancellation of services for the next service period.
This cancellation request will be forwarded to the concerned bank for processing. The amount will be credited back to your account in accordance with the bank’s procedures. It can take 7 to 10 days for the refund, kindly read our refund policy.

Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 2 days. If 2 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund.
If Our Product does Not Work And We will Unable to solve your problem. In favor of any of the subscription/ Automate Recurring Payments, you have the duration of the 48 hours after the transaction to request for the sake of the refund.
If paying by credit card, Debit Card and Net Banking refunds will be issued to the original method of payment provided at the time of purchase, and it will be made to the same account.
